Ingredients for 4 people

150 g Mix C – Schär Pastry Mix
2 eggs
0.5 teaspoon Sugar
250ml Milk

1 pinch Salt
Butter (a little)

Directions from Paris (with Love)

1. Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix to obtain a homogeneous paste. Leave to rest for about 30 minutes.
2. In a non-stick frying pan (diameter about 13 cm), melt a little butter, then pour a ladle of batter. Cook the pancake first on one side, then on the other until golden brown, then set aside on a plate.
3. Bake the other pancakes and stack them as you go.
