Ingredients for 4 people
100g Cheddar
200 g thick cream
1 tsp Flour
1 pinch of cayenne pepper
5 cl White wine
Salt
Pepper
Directions from Paris (with Love)
1. In a small saucepan, dissolve the flour in the cream and the white wine. Boil the water. Allow to thicken slightly, stirring with a wooden spoon. Add the cheddar cut into small pieces and stir until completely melted. Season with cayenne pepper. Salt and pepper lightly. Thinkstock/Getty Images
